Privacy Policy
Triumph Mental Health Counseling, LLC
Last updated: 11 May 2026
This privacy policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the website at triumphmentalhealth.com. It does not cover the separate client portal and scheduling system (SimplePractice), which has its own privacy notice and its own protections for health information.
Who we are
Triumph Mental Health Counseling, LLC is a mental health counseling practice based in Florida. If you have any questions about this policy or about the information we hold, you can contact us at jpclark@triumphmentalhealth.com.
The information we collect
Information you give us. If you fill in the contact form on this website, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number and any message you choose to send. You decide what to include, so please do not enter sensitive health details in the website form. If you would like to become a client or discuss your care, we will move that conversation to a secure channel.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site is built on Squarespace, which places small files called cookies on your device and collects basic technical information such as your browser type, device type, general location (city or region, not a precise address) and the pages you visit. This helps the site load correctly and helps us understand, in aggregate, how the site is being used. It does not identify you personally.
How we use your information
We use the information you send through the contact form only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange next steps if you choose to move forward. We use the automatic technical information to keep the site running properly and to understand general usage patterns. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or to build a profile of you.
Booking and client care
If you decide to book or become a client, that process happens through SimplePractice, a secure platform designed for healthcare practices. Any health information you share as part of your care is handled under that system's protections and under the practice's clinical privacy obligations, separately from this website.
How your information is stored and shared
Contact form submissions are stored by Squarespace, the platform that hosts this website, and are sent to us by email so we can reply. Squarespace acts as our service provider and processes this information on our behalf. We do not share your information with anyone else except where we are required to by law.
Cookies
This website uses cookies that are necessary for it to function and cookies that help us understand general site usage. When you first visit, you can choose which non-essential cookies to allow through the cookie banner. You can also change or withdraw your choice at any time by clearing the cookies in your browser settings. Essential cookies cannot be turned off, as the site will not work properly without them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make any of these requests, email us at jpclark@triumphmentalhealth.com and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can. You can also control cookies through your browser and through the cookie banner on this site.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
